DVCS

hello everybody,
I have a question. there is a patient with an allodynia in her right foot (stage 4). DVCS isn't comfortably on the "cousin " nerves and also not on the segmentary level Th1- T12.
what can I do now? what would you do? Can some one tell me what is the prognose of this complaint?

  • Did you try to find somewhere confortable in cervical segment or head(a possibility) ?
    If there is no confortable part (right side), you can try to leave your patient with only one recommendation: to limit the more he can being touched on the allodynia part and, make another evaluation in a month if you find after that, a confortable zone.
    Also, you better try to adapt for her all activities that can stimulate allodynia in her foot. Depending where it is (dorsal, palmar, all).
