  • Great news !
After 19 years of hard work, this inter-university and international publication is a new turn in the understanding, assessment and treatment of CRPS !
150 years after Silas Weir Mitchell, the etiology of CRPS as minor lesions of minor nerve branches is demonstrated.
In this study, 8 months of treatment is the mean duration of treatment of a cohort of 86 CRPS of the ankle. Under each mechanical allodynia, in these treated CRPS, a slight tactile HYPO-aesthesia - 2,8 grams mean value - was unveiled then treated.

I thank and congratulate all the therapists and authors who are collaborating around this publication.
