German-speaking specialist group for the SSR
Treating people with neuropathic pain is challenging. Even doctors are often overwhelmed and cannot always give patients adequate advice. Many publications are in English or French and it is sometimes difficult to grasp the subtleties of the subject.
For this reason, Ulla and Martina had the idea about 3 years ago to create a German-speaking specialist group for the SSR.
The core team currently consists of Ulla Jörn Good, Martina Bäuerle-Siepmann, Karin Lüthi, Marion Askew, Ines Bous, Rebekka Wirtz and Theres Schmid.
We have set ourselves the task of making the SSR known in the German-speaking world and regularly exchange informations about our work. From this group of specialists, several documents have already emerged which we have adapted for German-speaking part of Switzerland. - Create more home programmes in German
- Discuss case studies
- Exchange news
- Prepare presentations

We meet twice a year for a direct exchange, in spring and autumn, on a Wednesday evening from 19:00 - 21:00.
